Data provided by email, telephone or during our cooperation is processed to respond to an enquiry, assess whether a matter can be accepted, enter into and perform a legal services agreement, and meet legal obligations.
Processing is based on steps taken before entering into an agreement or performance of an agreement, a legal obligation, or the controller’s legitimate interest, including establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
Recipients and retention
Data may be shared with IT, accounting or legal service providers supporting the office, only where necessary and under appropriate agreements or legal provisions.
Data is retained for the period necessary for the relevant purpose and subsequently for the period required by law or needed to establish, pursue or defend claims.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Providing data is voluntary, but may be necessary to respond to your enquiry or handle your matter.
